What we collect
If you fill in our quiz or sign-up form, we collect your first name, email address, your quiz answers and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails. Purchases are handled by our checkout provider (Stan Store), which processes payment details under its own policy.
How we use it
To send you the code or resource you asked for and, only if you ticked the box, fitness tips, offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers (such as our email platform) to store and send emails. We never sell your data.
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)
With your permission (or, outside the UK, EU and Switzerland, unless you opt out), we use the Meta Pixel. It sends Meta (Facebook/Instagram) details of your visit, such as pages viewed, viewing our sales page, clicks on our checkout buttons (with the product price), your browser and IP address, and Meta cookies. We use this to measure and improve our ads. You can accept, reject or change your choice anytime using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our home page.
